By using oeaura.com or our social media management services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Oeaura provides social media strategy, content creation, management, and consulting for businesses. Services are customized per agreement.

Payments & Billing

• Fees are based on the selected package (Starter, Growth, Premium, etc.) outlined in your service agreement.

• Monthly billing: Paid via invoice or Stripe on the 1st of each month.

• Annual billing: 10% discount, paid upfront via Stripe. No monthly invoices.

• First payment due upon signing agreement.

• No refunds after service delivery begins.

• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest after 7 days.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, feedback, and assets.

• Approve content within 48 hours or it posts as-is.

Ownership & Rights

• You retain ownership of your brand content.

• We own content we create until final payment.

• You grant us license to use your testimonials/portfolio work.

Termination

• Monthly services cancel with 30 days’ notice.

• Annual contracts: pro-rated refund if canceled early (minus 3 months’ service).

• Immediate termination for non-payment or breach.

Liability

Services provided “as-is.” Oeaura not liable for indirect damages or third-party platform changes.

Governing Law

Virginia, USA. These Terms apply to clients in all 50 U.S. states. Disputes resolved in Alexandria, Virginia courts or via binding arbitration.
